About
Brendan is Arvum Films' lead director, writer, and editor. Born and raised in Canada, he now lives and works from his home in Poland. Brendan's human focused filmmaking has won international awards for cinematorgraphy, directing, and writing. And he has filmed in Guatemala, Tajikistan, and Kenya, Canada, Nepal, and Indonesia.
Arvum Films is an independent production company based in Toruń, Poland, with extra support from photographers, videographers, and producers from around the world.
What does Arvum mean? Arvum is the ploughed field, the fertile land, the place where the human stories are born, live, and breath. We go to the field to get your story and come back to tell the world.
